1. Who we are

This website is operated by:

C2 Trades LLC

c/o Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA

support@hustle4areason-streetwear.de

C2 Trades LLC ("we," "us," "our") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, collected through hustle4areason-streetwear.de (the "Site").

We sell to customers worldwide, including in the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States, so this policy is written to meet GDPR/DSGVO standards (EU/UK/Germany) alongside general US consumer-privacy expectations (e.g., CCPA/CPRA for California residents).

2. What personal data we collect

Data you give us directly:

Name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number (when you place an order or contact us)

Order details: items purchased, order value, order history

Payment information — processed by our payment provider (see Section 5); we do not store full card numbers ourselves

Any information you send us via a contact form, email, or customer support request

(We do not currently run a newsletter or email marketing program. This line should be reinstated if/when one is added.)

Data collected automatically:

IP address, browser type, device type, operating system

Pages visited, time spent on the Site, referring website

Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4)

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (e.g., health, religion, biometric data).

3. Why we process your data and our legal basis

Purpose What we do Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Fulfilling your order Processing payment, arranging shipping, customer service Performance of a contract

Account/order history Letting you view past orders (if accounts are enabled) Performance of a contract

Marketing emails (not currently active — see note in Section 2) Sending newsletters, promotions, abandoned-cart reminders Consent (opt-in)

Site security & fraud prevention Detecting abuse, chargebacks, bot traffic Legitimate interest

Analytics & site improvement Understanding how visitors use the Site via built-in Squarespace Analytics Legitimate interest / consent via cookie banner

Legal & tax compliance Invoicing, accounting records, responding to authorities Legal obligation

We only use automated decision-making in the ordinary sense of fraud/chargeback screening common to payment processors; we do not otherwise profile customers for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Cookies and tracking

This Site uses Squarespace's built-in cookie consent banner, which lets visitors accept or decline non-essential cookies before they're set (as required under Germany's TDDDG § 25 and the EU ePrivacy rules).

Cookie categories in use:

Strictly necessary — required for the shop, cart, and checkout to function; cannot be disabled.

Analytics — Squarespace's own built-in Analytics, used to understand traffic and sales performance. We do not currently run any third-party analytics or ad-tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).

Marketing — not currently in use. If we later enable retargeting ads (e.g., Meta or TikTok Pixel), this section and the cookie banner's categories will be updated to name them individually.

You can change your cookie choice at any time via the cookie preference link in the site footer.

5. Payment processing

Payments on this Site are processed through Squarespace Payments, which relies on underlying payment infrastructure (including Stripe) to handle transactions. When you check out, your payment details are sent directly to Squarespace Payments — we do not see or store your full card number, CVC, or banking credentials.

See Squarespace's own privacy and payments disclosures for details on how they process this data: squarespace.com/data-privacy.

Squarespace Payments is currently our only payment method. (If you later add PayPal, Klarna, or another payment method, list each one here by name — DSGVO requires payment providers to be named individually, not just described generically.)

6. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only where necessary to run the Site and fulfill orders:

Squarespace — our website host and e-commerce platform provider (Site hosting, checkout, cookie consent tool, Squarespace Analytics)

Squarespace Payments / Stripe — payment processing

DHL — to deliver your order. (Please confirm this is accurate before publishing — flag if you use a different or additional courier/fulfillment partner.)

Email/SMS marketing tool — not currently used; we do not send newsletters or marketing emails at this time

Professional advisors and authorities — accountants, tax authorities, or law enforcement, where legally required

We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. International data transfers

C2 Trades LLC is a US (Wyoming) company, and Squarespace is also US-based. This means personal data from EU/UK/EEA visitors is transferred to the United States. We rely on:

Squarespace's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification (where applicable) as the legal transfer mechanism, and

appropriate technical and organizational safeguards from our service providers.

You can request more information about these safeguards by contacting us (Section 11).

8. How long we keep your data

Order and invoice data: kept for as long as required by applicable tax and commercial law (typically 6–10 years, depending on jurisdiction).

Account data: kept while your account is active; deleted or anonymized on request or after a period of inactivity.

Marketing/newsletter data: kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Support communications: kept for a reasonable period to resolve your query and for quality/dispute purposes.

9. Your rights

If you are in the EU/UK/EEA, under the GDPR/UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you

Correct inaccurate data

Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")

Restrict or object to certain processing

Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal

Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

If you are a California resident, you have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal data).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11.

10. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 (or the relevant minimum age in your country). If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when we add a new marketing tool, payment method, or fulfillment partner. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Significant changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated more prominently (e.g., via email or a site banner).
